Topaz are a privately owned software development company based in Nottingham.  They develop payroll and HR software for use in many business sectors.

ems was developed to seamlessly integrate a business's HR, payroll and timekeeping data in one easy to use interface.  Their USP was that this system was designed to be the most stable platform in a crowded marketplace.
